Returns & Exchanges

At The Micro Bikini Store, we want you to feel confident in your purchase; however, due to the intimate nature of our apparel, returns are only accepted on unworn items with original hygiene liners and tags intact. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate an exchange or return for store credit.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your bikini is unworn, unwashed, and still has the protective hygiene seal and all original tags attached to qualify for a return.

• 2.
  Request Authorization

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to submit a request and receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the parcel to ensure fast processing.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package using a trackable shipping method to our returns warehouse; once inspected, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5 business days.
